The company is working hard on spreading and renewing its staff with new young mariners. Anually more than 100 young specialists are having practice on our vessels and normally it is an essential step in starting their successful maritime career.

However, we are tightly focused on the high qualification of our staff. Our company has signed several contracts with the leading marine schools and academies of Klaipeda. We allways intend to accept only the most talented and mostly qualified young specialists. And our chief executives are watching for that.

Our main strategy is to provide the young mariners with all kinds of support and normally we are performing general examinations that help us estimate marine's readiness for a defined position. And if necessary we may arrange a training course.
